Game Notes 8/12 (G7, S12)
Awesome game this morning Fellas! Probably the best we’ve had in a while. Seemed almost like playoff hockey.
Great game by both goalies, @Dan Lessy (G) and @Rob Nalen (G). Close throughout, @Stephen Gold got one by late in the first for a 1-0 Dark lead at the break. @James Giuffre knocked home a @Ben Chapman rebound for the eventual game winner. @Matthew McKee with the only score for white but not enough as Dark squeaks by with a 2-1 victory.
Congrats to captain @Mike Farrell and winning goalie @Dan Lessy (G) who allowed just one to get by him. I’ll have updated stats a little later. Let’s do it again next week!
